CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY
In order to cancel the reservation of the customer up to 14 days prior to the validated and scheduled date and time of the trip (excursion or transfer), the sum corresponding to the reservation is returned 100% to the customer.
In the event that the cancellation of the customer’s reservation takes place up to 7 days prior to the validated and scheduled date and time of travel (excursion or transfer), then the amount of the reservation corresponding to this reservation is refunded by half (50 %) to the customer.
In the event that cancellation of the customer’s reservation occurs between 7 days and the exact, validated and scheduled date and time of the trip (excursion or transfer) then the amount of money corresponding to the reservation is NOT refunded to the customer .
The refund will be made in the same way as the one chosen by the customer for booking.
